Reporting to the Admissions Officer, the Administration Assistant will play an important role in helping to provide administration duties to the Tutorial team, this includes assisting our Admissions Officer with incoming applications during this busy time as well as working with other administrative tasks.  This is an interesting, varied and busy role which requires excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will be able to offer seamless administrative support, enjoy working in a friendly and supportive team, have good communication skills and enjoy a varied and challenging role. Will suit individuals with a can-do attitude who take pride in role accomplishment and who are able to work under pressure.

Main role responsibilities include:

  • Managing the extensive document download process via Qualtrics and chasing applicants for missing information.
  • Setting up and maintaining electronic applicant files on the Google Drive.
  • Assisting the Admissions Administrator with interview preparation.
  • Assisting the Admissions Administrator in signing up and running the registration area for the interview period.  
  • Help coordinate interviews, assessment days, and other admissions-related activities by managing schedules and logistics.
  • Support the preparation of basic reports.
  • Provide logistical support during admissions events.

This is a 3.5-month fixed term position (mid-October to mid- January) working 36 hours 40 minutes per week in the College.
