We are looking to appoint an experienced HR Coordinator to join our small but busy HR & Payroll team. This is a forward-facing generalist role involving a range of tasks from managing recruitment campaigns and provision of advice and guidance, to maintaining the HRIS throughout the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a professional and empathetic approach and experience of all aspects of HR.

With excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills, you will be either working towards or have achieved a CIPD qualification and be committed to your on-going professional development within HR. To be considered for the role it is essential you can approach work flexibly, be adaptive to change and contribute at both personal and team level to the service provided by the HR team. You will have a passion for developing excellent relationships both within the team and more broadly across the College.
