The College is seeking to appoint a Conference Manager to oversee the planning, promotion, and delivery of a wide range of commercial and internal events, including residential conferences, summer schools, weddings, and formal dinners. This role involves managing events from initial enquiry through to final invoicing, coordinating closely with internal teams such as Catering and Housekeeping, and ensuring the smooth running of the College Calendar. The Conference Manager also supports internal College activities by managing room bookings for student supervisions, meetings, and events for students and fellows.

This position is ideal for someone with a proactive and personable individual with strong organisational and communication skills, and experience in event management or hospitality—ideally within a collegiate setting. The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple priorities, building client relationships, and maintaining high service standards.
