The Vacancy
The College is seeking to appoint a Conference and Accommodations Coordinator reporting to and working closely with the Conference Manager. The Conference and Accommodation Offices collaborate to manage a diverse range of internal and external activities within the College. Internally, they coordinate the College Calendar, supervisions, and organise meetings and events for students and fellows. Externally, they oversee events such as summer schools, weddings, meetings, and dinners. Additionally, the Accommodation Office is responsible for managing all aspects of undergraduate student accommodation, including the allocation of rooms for freshers, overseeing the fourth-year allocation process, and administering the ballot and exeat procedures.
This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent customer service, and event coordination experience. The candidate should be confident managing multiple tasks, liaising with clients and departments, with a high attention to detail. A flexible, proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a collaborative College environment are essential.
